The bulbs emit 5,000 lumens of cool white light per set but can emit orange or cool white light with a socket and one of the optional foils. These bulbs are equipped with 3rd generation cooling technology. They have compact heatsinks instead of short-lived fans or bulky braided heatsinks. This allows for a longer-lasting bulb that is easier to install in tight spaces. LED headlight bulbs last 13x longer than halogen bulbs and 3x longer than HID bulbs. The LED arrays in each bulb are designed to mimic the filament in halogen bulbs – creating a closely matched beam style. These CAN Bus compatible bulbs operate on 9-32 V DC. Long life kit includes 2 LED headlight bulbs, 2 9007 adapter plugs with drivers, 2 glass sockets, 8 cool white and amber foil covers and mounting hardware. The bulbs were tested for the environment with the foil and housing installed. The film can be removed, but cannot be reused.
